SHELTER TIME!

Have some extra time on your hands? Feel like you want to do something nice for the world, but aren't sure what to do? Volunteer at a local animal shelter.

There are many dogs that want to go for a run. Cats that need someone to come in and keep them company, and maybe clean their cage. Animals love to be spoken to with love and affection. Talk to them in a positive way and tell them how special they are. Don't bring in the energy of feeling bad for them because they are there, they will pick up on that energy. So keep it positive.

Not only will you be helping the animals, they will help you expand your heart. :) It's a win, win situation.

There is always something you can do to help out, so get on over to your nearest shelter and give some much needed love and affection to the many animals there.
