MESSAGES FROM SWAN FOR OUR HIGHEST GOOD!

As I was meditating (preparing) for my monthly interview with Eluv, on the Ultrasounds show, I asked what animal or animal realm had a message for all of us, for our highest good.

A beautiful Swan showed up, this is what she said:

. Show your beauty to all.
. Recognize your inner beauty.
. You can glide through life with ease - don't get jarred by ripples that may get you off course. If you need help with this, call        on us - we can and want to assist.
. Quiet time is good for all.
. Express gratitude and appreciation as much as you can.

Lovely messages, thank you Swan!

So if you're wondering, when she said 'call on us, we can and want to assist', how do you do that...this is how...
Simply call on Swan energy three times, so you'll say,
' Calling on Swan energy, calling on Swan energy, calling on Swan energy, please help me have ease and flow with my life right now'. And then say, 'thank you.' That's it, then they will assist you! :)

VISITS FROM OUR FURRY LOVED ONES...

Has your animal partner crossed and you wonder if they ever visit you? Pay attention to things that they will do to let you know that they are with you. If you think that you saw a flash of them, you are not 'crazy' sometimes they appear quickly and then leave. Animals who slept in the same bed with their persons will sometimes 'jump up' on the bed and walk around to be next to us again. If you feel the sense that they are there, they are! If you are sitting on your couch, and feel that your animal is beside you, they are! Basically, if you feel, smell, sense, see the presence of your animal, TRUST it. Lots of animals will 'brush up' against our legs, so if you feel like that has happened, it has! You are not 'making it up'. My cat loved and still loves when my husband and I meditate, so when we do, we feel/see him plop right down in his 'spot' and he hangs with us while we meditate.

You can even ask them to make it obvious that it is them visiting you. So, you may be asking, how do I ask them to do that? What you do is take a few deep breaths, to get calm and grounded. Visualize/Imagine your pet, and call their name three times and say, please make it clear when you visit me, thank you.

Example: 'Calling on Max, calling on Max, calling on Max, please make it obvious when you visit me/us that it is you, thank you'. You can even make a specific request like, 'Please let me feel you on the bed, or please rub up against my leg', etc....then always say thank you. (do this after visualizing them & saying their name three times).

Our animal partners love us and visit us after they 'cross'. If you don't feel them come to you right away, don't be discouraged, as they may be busy. Yes, that's right, they are doing lots of things on the other side. Keep asking and I promise they will visit. :)

NEW AMAZING BOOK!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this book, by Robert Kopecky. He writes in a easy to follow way describing and suggesting things that will help you live this life in a truly desired way. Also, he dispels any fears you may have about 'dying', as he had three near death experiences, and knows that there is nothing to fear at all!

OM!!! MEDITATION AND YOUR PETS!

Our beloved cat, Max, who passed last year, used to LOVE when my husband and I meditated. He would know when we were about to, and go to his spot and wait for us to start. He would be in his spot for a while, then sometimes, move to be next to one of us. Now, even in 'spirit' form, he comes and plops down right next to us when we meditate together; we both feel his presence.

During the final stages of his physical life, Max used to get into a very deep meditative state, he was not sleeping, and this is how he removed himself from the physical pain he was experiencing. He kept telling me it looked worse than it felt. I've met a lot of animals in my work who have told me the same thing, and that they also know how to get into a deep meditative state to deal with any physical pain they may be experiencing, but also, just to really be in the presence of their Guides/Angels, etc.

Our pets absolutely love when we meditate! They love to see us relaxed, first of all, and of course, they experience this calmness and helps them be calm as well. It's a win win!!!

I highly recommend meditation for you and your pet to do together. It's beneficial for you both for bonding, and of course, you will be able to handle your day with ease and grace, as you've had the benefit of removing yourself from your thoughts and worries. How great is that! Your pet will be relaxed and also happy to see you in that state. They care about us so much and want us to take care of ourselves.

Om!!!!
