As I was preparing (meditating) for last weeks interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds show, I asked which animal or animal realm had messages for me to share for everyone's highest good. A huge and magnificent Buffalo appeared. This is what he said:

• Stick to your convictions.
• Stand your ground.
• Believe in yourself and what it important to you.
• If you feel tired or weak, call on us to help you with strength - we want to assist you.
• Shed anything or anyone in your life that distracts you from your purpose.
• Keep moving slow and steadily towards your goals.
• Think big about what you want to achieve.
• Honor your elders.
• Protect our land.
• Love not fear always.
• We love you!
