I've been guided to offer my remote 1 hour Reiki Extra!® sessions post holidays!

Need some balancing, relaxing, healing energy? Release and renew time? I'd be honored to offer you beautiful healing energy! 

Regular price: $150.00/hour - Special price: $125.00/hour

DATES: January, 6th, 7th, 8th. 

These sessions include:

Regular Reiki with additional energy work, if guided.

Crystal therapy/healing

Channeled messages related to your healing session (not a reading). For example, your Guides may suggest you need more leafy greens in your diet, you need to stretch more, etc. All channeled messages will be written down by me, and sent to you after the session, so you can fully relax and receive.

In the session, you will be lying down or sitting comfortably, legs/arms uncrossed, hair down. Please do not have too much sugar/caffeine prior to the session. Also, you may not want to have anything scheduled right afterwards, as you may want to rest.

Channeled Messages from Manatee for All!

 As I was preparing (meditating) for last week's radio interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds show on WMNF, I asked what animal had messages for me to share for everyone's highest good. A beautiful Manatee appeared, this is what he said:

• Be with yourself and connect with your highest self - which is love.
• You are love.
• You are light.
• You have strength inside you to go through any situations - especially ones you think are difficult. 
• Stay in the present moment.
• Slow down.
• Take baths and get wet.
• Be gentle with yourself - rest when you need to.
• Eat your greens.
• Make sure you take care of your teeth and gums - then whole body is healthy.
• Save our waters - do your part. Cut things up that may tie up animals in the Sea.
• We love you!

Event details:

The group is limited to 6 people. The event will be done over Zoom. Everyone must have their video on the whole time, with no wonky/fake backgrounds - computer/laptop best for it. If you are using a tablet, you will have to turn off all notifications. No exceptions!

Event will include:

. Group meditation

. Individual channeled messages 

. Group channeled message(s) at the end.

Energy Tips Playshop (via Zoom) 12/11/2021

I've been guided to teach this playshop next!

This playshop is great for people just starting out on their journey working with energy and may need a few suggestions on how to stay grounded while you are expanding your intuition and energy fields, including having boundaries with this; some basic space clearing tips (home and personal space), and more! Great information if you feel everything, (being an Empath).

Let's have some fun and learn some great tools to help you stay open and grounded at the same time!

TIME: 11:00am-12:30pm(PST) / 2:00pm(EST)-3:30pm(EST)

ENERGY EXCHANGE: $60.00

LIMITED TO 8 PEOPLE!

You will need a desktop/laptop to join. NO CELL PHONES. If you have a tablet and can turn off all notifications while on zoom, that's okay. No fake/wonky backgrounds. You must be on screen, the entire time, no exceptions. Please respect/honor this.

This is what we will cover:

. Basic Space Clearing (home and personal)

. Grounding exercises

. Having boundaries with the 'unseen'.

. 'Protection' exercises

. Cord Cutting

. Whatever else comes up!

The first hour will be me going over all of this information and then we will finish with a Q&A - I'll answer as many questions regarding these topics that time will allow.
