As I was preparing (meditating) for last weeks radio interview with
Eluv on the Ultrasounds show, on
WMNF radio, I asked what animal or animal realms had messages for me to share for everyone's highest good. A beautiful Parrot appeared, this is what he said:
- Eat well.
- Express yourself with song - use your voice - don't be shy - too many humans not speaking their truths - you must speak with kindness in your heart.
- If you see us feed us proper food.
- There are many ways to express yourself - writing, painting, singing, dancing - don't think - feel and go with it. Give yourself freedom to do so.
- Visit new places to sense new smells and sights - good for your Spirit.
- Love each other.
- Turn inward sometimes - be with yourself.
- Wear colors and see how you feel when you do.
