As I was preparing (meditating) for my radio interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds show, I asked what animal or animal realm had messages for me to share for everyone's highest good. An amazing whale appeared, this is what he said:

• What are you doing to protect our waters? Remember there are living beings all throughout the sea. We need your help to survive.
• Time to make a big splash in your life - Make that change you've been considering, it's time.
• Swim or go towards the direction that best serves your soul - no need for fear, as when you do your souls purpose you are always taken care of in all ways.
• Think big - no limits.
• Remember to sing and keep expressing yourself.

MESSAGES FROM BEAR FOR EVERYONE'S HIGHEST GOOD!

As I was preparing (meditating) for my last radio interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds show, I asked what animal or animal realm(s) had messages for me to share for everyone for our highest good. A gorgeous black bear appeared, this is what he said:

• Are you getting the proper nourishment for your mind, body and soul?
• Resting is important - don't always have to do, do, do - rest in between.
• Feel lethargic and need energy sometimes? If so, you may call on us to help you with strength and stamina.
• Take walks and enjoy your surroundings, noticing the smells and sights around you. Make time to go to a place that makes these senses in you happy and calm.
• Take care of yourself so you can take care of your young ones.
• Remember to play and not be serious all the time.
• Love yourself the most so you can love others with big heart. Everyone needs lots of love always. Love is answer for all. This never changes - always answer.
• Take good care of yourselves - we love you.

REIKI 1 CLASS AUGUST 6TH & 7TH!

Interested in learning the beautiful healing technique, Reiki? I'll be teaching a level one class the first weekend of August. Here's the info:

It will be full days both Saturday and Sunday. (we usually end a bit early on Saturday). If you plan on coming, DO NOT HAVE ANY PLANS THE EVENINGS OF CLASS, as you may want to sleep, cry, eat...or all of the above! You will receive 4 Attunements total, we'll be doing guided meditations, and learn all about Reiki, the Traditional Usui Method, learn about chakras, manifesting, Attunements and much more...you will learn the hand positions for self-Reiki, chair Reiki and Table Reiki. 

We will start at 10:30 each day and end around 4:30/5:00 give or take a bit, depending on how many are in class. Sunday we do the practicing part, so can take a bit longer. :)

At the end of the weekend, you will receive a Certificate, as you will be a Reiki 1 practitioner! Yay. You will also have a pamphlet with the information we go over in class.

The cost of the weekend is $165.00. A non-refundable, non-transferable $50.00 deposit is due by July 29th. The balance due is paid in the morning before class starts on August 6th.

A couple weeks prior to class, I'll be sending more information and the details for preparing for the Attunements. It's not a cleanse, per se, but definitely it's eliminating toxins prior to class. :)

The most I have in class is 5 people. I do a very casual approach.

Any of you who register for class will get a discount on your next (or first) Reiki session with me, either for regular Reiki or for the Reiki Extra!™ I offer. ($100, instead of $125 for regular and $125 instead of $150 for the Reiki Extra™). You can schedule this session either before that weekend or after, if interested.

As It Turns Out, Summer Really Is for the Dogs

In a world that’s so often described as being divided up between personality types coded as either feline or canine, what a pleasure to be firmly ensconced in the camp of the latter. Or at least, that was a large part of the appeal on Monday evening, the longest day of the year and the Standard Hotel’s “Standard Barks” event, where friends of the downtown nightlife mainstay brought their four-legged companions to an interactive dog fair replete with treats, tricks, a collection of leashes and collars (proceeds of which went to charity), a “dog whisperer,” and a woman named Susan Pike. Pike goes by “The Animal Talker” and is, according to her website, a “Reiki master, Animal Communicator, Spirit Channeler and Spiritual Teacher” based out of Brooklyn, which meant she spent most of the evening gently patting the heads of panting visitors, getting distracted by their (understandably) frantic energy, and communicating their interior lives; one owner and companion were revealed to have been together in a previous life, as a soldier and his horse. “Look, I have goosebumps!” Pike said, extending a bare forearm, her blue eyes wide. She did.

ANIMAL COMMUNICATION PLAYSHOP WITH SUE PIKE, THE ANIMAL TALKER®

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

You don't need to have a pet to take the class.

In this introductory class, I will walk you through the steps to be able to send/receive messages to/from your animal companion, (and all animals). I will also talk about things to do on a daily basis to help you be able to do this. Please bring a recent picture of your animal to class. If your animal is in Spirit form, bring a picture of them as well! Participants will do intuitive exercises, visualization exercises and after a short meditation, practice animal communication. No experience necessary. This is an interactive playshop!

Participants will leave class with:  A deeper understanding of how we are all connected and how to access this; A better understanding of their animal partner; An understanding of their unique intuitive abilities and how to expand this ability; Have simple tools to connect with their animal partner and all animals.

Energy Exchange: $45.00

Bring: An open heart, a recent photo of your animal(s) (if you have an animal), and bottle water to drink! NO LIVE ANIMALS! We will do practice readings on PRINTED PHOTOS ONLY. (we will absolutely not work with pics inside cell phones)..must be printed. 

Pens and handouts will be provided!
