Channeled Messages from Cardinal for All!

As I was preparing (meditating) for my radio interview with Eluv Music last week on WMNF Community Radio, I asked what animal had messages for me to share for everyone's highest good. A beautiful Cardinal appeared, this is what he said:

. Wear color - especially red, for your root chakra.
. Eat nutritious foods.
. Help others.
. Go to nature, if possible - notice all that's around you.
. Listen and trust your intuition.
. Open your heart for self love.
. Rest when you need to.
. Call on us anytime to help you bring color and health your way.

Thank you, Cardinal!

. Listen to sounds that make you happy.
. Play and have fun - this is important to incorporate in your daily life.
. Move, dance, sing - this will break up any stagnant energy you may be holding.
. Protect our Seas - we share this sacred place.
. Open your heart to love.
. Ask for our energy to help you with lightheartedness.
. Meditate - dive deep inside yourself.
. Listen to your intuition - your inner knowing - you have the answers within yourself.
. Take a bath, if you can.
. Anytime you need help with play, call on us!
. We love you.
