REIKI 1 WORKSHOP!

I'm teaching a Reiki 1 class the weekend of January 24th/25th. It will be in the Traditional Usui Method.

We'll be doing guided meditations, learning about the history of Reiki, Reiki Ethics, chakras and more. You will receive 4 Attunements total. You'll learn and practice self-Reiki, chair Reiki and Table Reiki, and receive a certificate at the end of class.

The energy exchange is $150.00 for the weekend.

I only have up to 4 people in class, and have two spots left.

MESSAGES FROM LAMB FOR EVERYONE'S HIGHEST GOOD!

As I was preparing (meditating) for last night's radio interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds show, I asked what animal or animal realm had a message to share for all of us for our highest good. A beautiful Lamb appeared. This is what she said:

• What things are you saying to yourself? Are they in a positive way? If not, please remember to speak of yourself, and to yourself in a kind, gentle way.
• What are you grateful for?
• Are you getting enough sleep and water?
• Are you behaving in ways that are not gentle with your physical body? Please take a step back - look at how your are treating yourself - on a whole level - spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Are you lacking in self-care in any of these areas?
• Are you being gentle and loving to and for yourself? If not, you can start now.
• When you feel you are in a difficult place, you can be grateful for something.
• Remember to always take steps towards love.
• Take steps to your hearts desire - every day in some way. No action too small.
• We love you.
• Be kind.

• Store what you need for upcoming months - food and drink important to have stored.
• Keep your energies focused and clear.
• Are you giving too much and not receiving? Time to receive, if so.
• Keep focused on your intentions with heart energy.
• Time to be free of any old resentments you are holding on to.

HALLOWEEN AND PETS!

Hi Everyone! So, I know a lot of you get lots of pleasure and joy from dressing up your animal partner for Halloween.  On the behalf of your pets, please make sure their outfit isn't too tight or scratchy for them. Things over the eyes are very difficult for them as well. So, run your finger underneath the costume, the part that will be touch their body and make sure it's not scratchy! They love you and want to make you happy, so make sure they are comfortable! :)

• What are you afraid? Is it real or imagined? Is fear serving you and your highest good at this time? We suggest love instead.
• Love is power.

• Love is compassion.
• Love is empathy.
• Love is gratitude.
• Love is the opposite of fear - you can switch to this.
• Love is faith.
• We ask that you remember to love yourself, all of you, say nice things to and about you to yourself.
• Love others.
• Love will help you thrive in all your endeavors - fear won't.
• Love your creativity - embrace your creativity. Yes, all beings are creative in some way - doesn't have to be big - your Spirit wants you to love this part of yourself - which will help you stay open and loving.
