TROUT MESSAGES FOR EVERYONE!!

As I was preparing for my radio interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds show last night, I asked which animal or animal realm had messages for me to share for everyone's highest good. A beautiful trout appeared, this is what he said:

• Swim through any negativity.
• Alone time good and necessary for refueling your energy.
• Flexibility important - being able to move through life situations quickly - going one way then may have to turn another way fast. Always be ready to change directions, if necessary.
• There are many living organisms in the water - remember to take care of us and all waters.
• Movement is important - so get up and move around so you are able to be flexible in all areas of your life - especially if you don't feel like it!

MESSAGES FROM HORSE FOR EVERYONE'S HIGHEST GOOD!

As I was preparing (meditating) for my last radio interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds show, I asked what animal or animal realm(s) had messages for all of us for our highest good for me to share. A beautiful horse showed up - this is what she said:

• Sometimes you need horsepower to go through life situations to keep you going. If this is true for you in your life today, please call on us to help you have this horsepower - we want to help you.
• Eat foods that have lots of nutrients in them to support your physical body.
• Daily exercise is important for all. Doesn't have to be strenuous - just walk or move your body - good for your Spirit and physical health. If walking, remember to walk on the grass, the earth, not pavement, if possible.
• Drink your water. Physical body needs hydration. Lots of you need more of this.
• You can improve your stamina by moving a little more each day - even if it's a minute or two more.
• Remember your hair, skin and nails are part of your physical health - so make sure to keep all healthy and strong.
• We love you and are here to help you anytime!

HALLOWEEN AND PETS

Hi Everyone! It's that time of year again. So many pet guardians get so much pleasure putting costumes on their animals. If this describes you, please make sure a few things for your animals' comfort. :)

• If you are tying something on their body, check underneath the top layer and feel if it's scratchy at all. Remove immediately, if so.
• Make sure costume isn't highly flammable.
• If you plan on putting something on their head, please make sure it's not to tight, especially anything around their neck. Also make sure it's not too heavy.
• If you are putting glasses or something around their eyes, keep watching it during the time they have this on, as lots of times it slips and covers part of their eyes, making it very uncomfortable for them. You may also want to consider only having this on them some of the time. (compromise).
• If you are putting boots or something on their paws, please make sure it fits properly and they are able to walk comfortably. 
• Protect them from any unwanted petting from strangers.

Remember that they love us unconditionally, so it's our responsibility to keep them safe and comfortable. If you notice they are trying to remove something you put on them, it's because it's making them feel bad, so allow them to do so.

BUFFALO MESSAGES!

As I was preparing, (meditating) for my radio interview last Thursday night for the Ultrasounds show, with Eluv, I asked what animal or animal realm(s) have messages for all of us for our highest good. A beautiful Buffalo appeared. This is what he said:

• Stay strong whatever life throughs your way.
• You can call on us for strength and sturdiness anytime.
• Feel your power in your physical body. Thank it for supporting you.
• Are you spending time outside walking on the grass/earth to help you be grounded? If not, now is the time.
• Thank the Earth for her support.
• Be grateful.
• Time to pair down and offer these goods to others in need, knowing there is plenty for all.
• Have you been wondering about a new project or hobby? Now is a good time to investigate it - be creative, do something new. Have fun!
• We love you!
