As I was preparing (meditating) for my monthly radio interview with Eluv, on the Ultrasounds show, I asked what animal or animals had a message for us, for our highest good. An Ostrich appeared, and this is what he said:
- Stand tall.
- What's not serving you? Release now - will feel lighter when you release old - could be old patterns, people, job - whatever you feel is pulling you down.
- Stretch up!
- Be ready for new adventures - Have fun exploring. Seek new exciting things in your life.
- Eat fresh food - this will help keep you light and in good energy.
- Time for all to connect to your Intuition. No fear - you will always be guided when you ask for Guidance.
- Everyone's psychic abilities are expanding now - okay to trust yours.
- We love you!
