- Time to release anything or anyone pulling you down.
- What are the colors you wear? Perhaps changing routine and wearing new colors.
- When you eat dense foods these can weigh your physical body down which in turn can weigh your Spirit down too. Eat light and healthy - good for you.
- Eliminate any distractions so you can stay focused and clear on what your hearts desire is. All is abundant and available to you. Clarity is key.
- You may want to consider removing objects and clothing from your home to lighten up the energy there - also good for your Spirit to offer these things to others as donations.
- Sing - keep throat chakra open.
- Time to go for the new idea you're considering.
