As I was preparing (meditating) for my recent radio interview with Eluv on the Ultrasounds radio show on WMNF Community radio, I asked what messages Whale had for everyone's highest good. This is what he said:
. Time to use your voice - hum or sing.
. If you want to see us, go to the Ocean - we will come - just ask.
. Time to go inward - meditate.
. Express yourself in whatever creative ways you like.
. We are all one - let's respect and love each other.
. Please protect our home - the Seas. No plastic use if possible. When you respect Mother Earth, you are saying you respect yourself.
. Don't be afraid to express yourself.
. Heed any intuitive guidance you may receive - don't question, listen.
. We love you - please honor yourselves with self care and self love.

Thank you for sharing this. I'm sitting here at the office and I feel very relaxed after reading this. Respect and love each other is something that we all need to do in life. Have a wonderful upcoming weekend.
