TRUST AND EXPAND YOUR INTUITION PLAYSHOP!

I'm teaching my Trust and Expand Your Intuition Playshop on October 9th!

Learn the different types of Intuition and how to connect. We will be doing some meditation and practice exercises, to help you open up to it. (no tests, just fun!). I will also be talking about and addressing anyone's fears about opening up.

Materials and pens will be provided, but, of course, feel free to bring your journal if you'd like. :)

All who want to participate MUST RSVP to me no later than Friday, Oct. 4th.

ALPACA CUTENESS!!

Went to the Alpaca Festival at Bethel Woods this weekend. These guys are super sweet. The first one is the oldest stud. He and 2 others males were in one pen and the mamas and babies were across the isle in another...enjoy. Check out the second one there's a tiny baby, brown with a white face between mama and the hay!

OSTRICH MESSAGES!

As I was preparing (meditating) for my monthly radio interview with Eluv, on the Ultrasounds show, I asked what animal or animals had a message for us, for our highest good. An Ostrich appeared, and this is what he said:

• Stand tall.
• What's not serving you? Release now - will feel lighter when you release old - could be old patterns, people, job - whatever you feel is pulling you down.
• Stretch up!
• Be ready for new adventures - Have fun exploring. Seek new exciting things in your life.
• Eat fresh food - this will help keep you light and in good energy.
• Time for all to connect to your Intuition. No fear - you will always be guided when you ask for Guidance.
